After-sales service and tire damage payment regulations
This regulation has been developed for all tire products and in case of defects arising from production and manufacturing processes, compensation will be paid. It is worth noting that the most important step in providing after-sales service is to provide a warranty card. Therefore, please observe the following conditions when completing the warranty card.
The buyer's details must be entered in full.
Tire specifications must be accurately recorded in the warranty card (tread, serial, and DOT).
Enter the seller's details.
The customer should be instructed on how to activate the warranty, which is included on the card.
The warranty card must be stamped by the seller.
Make sure that the serial number on the warranty card is not distorted.
